From Play To Words
Supporting early learners through play, connection, and collaboration
At From Play to Words, we are proud to support children and families accessing Program Unit Funding (PUF), through our sister program Learning From Play Educational Foundation. Our team works alongside caregivers, educators, and community partners to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences that help children thrive in their early years.
PUF programming is designed for children with diverse developmental needs who require additional support in early childhood settings. Through this funding, children can access services that build skills across communication, social-emotional development, motor abilities, and daily routines.

WHAT SUPPORT MAY LOOK LIKE
Depending on your child’s needs, PUF support may include:
Communication and language development
Social interaction and play skills
Emotional regulation and co-regulation
Motor planning and independence in daily routines
Support during transitions and classroom participation
We also prioritize caregiver and educator coaching, because the most meaningful progress happens when the people around the child feel confident, supported, and empowered.
